The Senior Manager, Oncology Patient Solutions plays a critical role within our Oncology Patient Solutions & Alliances (OPSA) team. This role is charged with supporting the strategy, execution, and marketing of our patient solutions platforms including This is Living With Cancer, as well as marketing support in our collaborations with advocacy partners and professional organizations.

This role will partner closely with the Director - Patient Solutions Marketing, Advocacy and Professional Relations, Oncology Health Equity, Global Oncology Patient Experience, and the broader OPSA team. The Senior Manager reports to the Senior Director, US Patient Solutions Strategy Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Director – Patient Solutions Marketing to execute on the strategic direction, design, and promotion of This is Living with Cancer, patientnavigation.com and other patient solution platforms
  • Develop and execute on Patient/HCP/Caregiver strategies for patient platforms
  • Manage patient platform media plan and develop associated promotional assets
  • Develop field materials and support training and communication regarding patient platforms
  • Captain RC process for OPSA patient platforms
  • Support management of creative agencies and associated budget
  • Interface with brand teams across the oncology organization on patient support initiatives
  • Collaborate with Advocacy and Professional Relations team to create resources and materials on Pfizer’s patient platforms and patient solution priorities for use with advocacy partners and professional societies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams in support of patient solutions platforms and priorities, including Digital, Patient Experience, and Oncology Accounts Group
  • Develop patient solutions Congress plan and associated promotional strategy, and collaborate on execution with Advocacy and Professional Relations and Oncology Portfolio Marketing
  • Partner with Oncology Health Equity team on marketing pull through of equity tactics and strategies

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred
  • At least 7 years of pharmaceutical or health care experience; including demonstrated experience working in functions related to marketing
  • Strong analytical skills; detail and action-oriented.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize/multi-task effectively
  • Ability to work effectively in a customer and brand team-based environment and partner with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are required, as well as excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills to address Leadership and external audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise and success in developing and executing strategic and tactical plans.
  • Multichannel marketing experience.
  • Strong understanding of US Healthcare market, reimbursement and network of key stakeholders

Work Location Assignment: Remote - Field Based
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $117,300.00 to $195,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
