The Open Innovation Team (OIT) of the global Center for Digital Innovation (CDI) is leading strategic collaborations of Pfizer with the local innovation ecosystem (academia, research centers, startups, etc.) to develop innovative solutions with a global scope, address real-world challenges and utterly achieve our purpose: develop breakthroughs that change patients’ lives.

As a Project Coordinator, you will work in areas of cutting-edge technologies and your role will be to support project initiation and management, throughout the innovation project lifecycle: from ideation and incubation to deployment. Project coordinators will interact with internal and external, local and global stakeholders, organize, monitor and manage project-specific information and tasks, to ensure the highest quality of outcomes according to timelines.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor project progress in terms of deliverables and milestones
  • Interact with and engage internal and external stakeholders into the projects
  • Organize, participate and monitor project meetings and events
  • Create and maintain project tracking and communication material, including KPIs
  • Plan, prioritize and manage project tasks
  • Participate in new project ideation and evaluation of project ideas
  • Support the organization of innovation events (e.g. conferences, meetups, workshops, presentations, competitions, etc.)
  • Conduct innovation ecosystem mapping
  • Participate in project presentations for internal and external audience

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor or higher degree in STEM, Health, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1+ year of professional experience in innovation/health/technology projects
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Excellent computer and MS Office skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with new technologies
  • Excellent communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in R&D projects
  • Familiarity with eHealth
  • Professional experience in international environment/projects
  • Business and innovation mindset
