Role Summary

The Decision Support Centre of Excellence (DS CoE) is a global finance organization with a presence in all regions, delivering analytics and management reporting to Finance and business stakeholders.

The MEET Business Analytics & Reporting role within DS CoE focuses on providing reporting and analytics for MAPP (My Anti-Corruption Policies and Procedures) transactions related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

This role is critical for delivering visualizations and analytics on HCP interactions and associated financials, ensuring alignment with global standards.

Role Responsibilities

As a Business Analytics & Reporting Analyst, you will leverage your business acumen and technical expertise to deliver insights that help business decisions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Visualization & Reporting

    • Configure, enhance, and maintain reporting dashboards in Spotfire.
    • Migrate dashboards to Power BI or other visualization tools as needed.
    • Manage the standard reports portfolio and support associated change management processes.
  • Analytics & Insights

    • Analyze and validate MAPP data to identify trends, outliers, and patterns.
    • Present KPIs and metrics to regional commercial, compliance, and finance leaders.
    • Collect commentaries from the MAPP transaction center to explain variances and trends.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Partner with the MEET Ops and MEET CoE to deliver dashboards and insights to APAC leadership.
    • Conduct demos and workshops to explain dashboard functionalities and insights.
    • Collaborate with compliance leads and other regional stakeholders to provide data as needed.
  • System Enhancement & Maintenance

    • Work with Digital teams to provide requirements for reporting system enhancements.
    • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and deployment of new functionalities.
    • Ensure alignment between reporting tools and the source system data model.
  • Adoption & Training

    • Deliver training and create reference materials to ensure dashboards and reports are widely adopted.
    • Partner with LATAM and EMEA analytics teams to share best practices and maintain global standards.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Configure, enhance and maintain reporting and visualization capability currently built in Spotfire

  • Migrate existing dashboards to Power BI or other visualization technologies as required

  • Manage standard reports portfolio and associated change management

  • Partner with Digital to provide requirements and specifications for reporting system enhancements and support UAT and deployment

  • Analyze and validate MAPP data generated in the Appian Navigator transactional system to identify outliers;

  • Manage security and monitor access to interactive dashboards

  • Present KPI and metrics to regional leaders in commercial, compliance and finance

  • Collaborate with compliance country and regional leads to provide data as required

  • Analyze trends, patterns and variances and collect commentaries from MAPP transaction center

  • Deliver training and produce required reference material to ensure reports and dashboards adoption

  • Partner with Digital team supporting Appian Navigator transactional system to ensure reporting is aligned to source system data model and functionalities

  • Collaborate with DS CoE analytics expert, input to best practices and support global dashboards maintenance

  • Collaborate with peer roles supporting MAPP analytics in LATAM and APAC regions to ensure vest practices, global standards and reporting enhancements

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or IT.

  • 1–3 years of experience in financial IT solutions delivery and reporting support, including at least 1 year in developing and supporting reporting solutions.

  • Experience with visualization technologies such as Spotfire, Tableau, and Power BI (preferred).

  • Proficiency in data modeling, metadata management, and data transformation.

  • Experience with ETL tools such as Alteryx (preferred).

  • Programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., .NET, VBA, VBScript, Python, or similar).

  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English, with experience working in a global, multicultural environment.

  • Ability to effectivelyengage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

  • Proven experience improving quality, performance, or processes in previous roles.

  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.

  • Expertise in Power BI dashboard development.

  • Experience with UI/UX design principles.
