You will oversee and manage operational aspects of ongoing improvement projects, acting as a liaison between the project teams and the line management. You will support our programs by managing the review of the status of the project, budget, schedules and preparing status reports. You will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client satisfactions goals.

How You Will Achieve It
Develop project plans to implement key initiatives and contribute to the completion of projects.
Interface with partners on routine basis to drive customer centricity and fulfil terms of quality technical agreements and master supply agreements.
Responsible for aligning and developing continuous improvement opportunities working with other sites in the network.
Manage and perform routine data entry and data verification for these systems, as required.
Take ownership, show commitment to getting things done and willingness to see problem resolution through to completion.
Assists in preparation of new drug application submissions and any required registration batches.
Assist preparation of printed and electronic materials, managing the logistics of multiple levels of application review and notifying relevant parties of the award decisions.
Lead complex, cross-functional projects which includes defining and implementing the vision for the project and goals with input from the project sponsor and project team members.
Provide end user and investigation support for issues related to MES.
Be open to other points of view, cordial and willing to accept feedback.
Manage meetings and communications for teams to drive efficient decision making.
Manage own time to meet agreed targets, develops plans for activities on own projects.
ROLE SUMMARY
The Sr. Associate, Process and Technology Optimization provides support to implement a variety of solutions for Worldwide Medical Operations, Information and Transparency in Worldwide Medical & Safety to optimize our ability to meet our global customers’ needs with scalable and flexible platforms.
- Sr. Associate will manage assigned project in accordance to Pfizer standards and best practices.
The Sr. Associate is responsible for implementing a variety of solutions, including, but not limited to, coordination of technology/ system implementation/ improvement projects, Website/SharePoint site content updates, ensuring links and functionality of pages are current and up-to-date, making layout changes, and performing analysis and metrics on existing platforms to gain and provide insights to enable efficiencies and effectives of Worldwide Medical functions.
This role requires close collaboration with Business Process Owners, Digital, and our global stakeholders to leverage, identify, and develop efficient and sustainable innovative solutions to drive business goals.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Technology/business analysis and development:
Requires strong understanding of the principles of the discipline and applies these skills and departmental knowledge to achieve assigned work

Contributes to the completely of moderately complex projects across a work team
Makes decisions to resolve moderately complex problems with short term impact within work team
Works under general supervision using own judgment where needed
Assist in delivery of innovative approaches and technology to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency of operations
Gather business requirements and manage projects to implement and enhance technology, in partnership with Digital
Help to partner with the business owners and global stakeholders to ensure that content on platforms/sites remain current, relevant, and accurate, and is presented to meet stakeholder needs
Ensure, and enforce, high standards of quality, ensuring uniformity and consistency in layout/formatting, styles, fonts, and naming conventions
Develop and maintain a streamlined process to manage the intake of change requests, processing, and output of requests for updates, content changes, link refreshes
Assist in making changes, ensuring they are made in alignmentment with business and stakeholder requests, reviewed and approved, and executed timely, accurate, and complete
Ensure applications meet business needs by leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Communicate, where applicable, to key stakeholders
Support the development of training content, coordinating with consultants and functional area being supported as needed
Collaborate with consultant/contractors and projects around systems development and maintenance as needed
Collaborate and partner with Global Business Operations Analytics and Reporting Team
Develop the analytics strategy in partnership with Analytics and Reporting counterpart
Oversee Data quality management in partnership with Analytics and Reporting including: QC data, identify gaps, and data quality improvement
Facilitate alignment across Worldwide Medical groups to foster best practice sharing, consistency, and quality in process design, implementation, and use of technology
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS) required with preference for a focus in Digital, Information Technology, Business or related field. Master’s degree in relevant field preferred (MA, MS).
Oral and written fluency in English. Fluency in other European languages is also desirable but not required.
5+ years of relevant project management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects with a clear sense of priorities and respect for deadlines
Demonstrated effectiveness working in a multidisciplinary, matrix team situation, and proven ability to manage change and diversity.
Strong analytical/ problem solving skills and ability to work with complex concepts/projects
Strong collaboration, interpersonal and facilitation skills
Ability to communicate and negotiate with individuals and groups at multiple levels across the organization
Ability to work independently (with limited supervision) and use own judgment to resolve moderately complex issues.
Knowledge of IT systems/software for database maintenance, and document management.
Qualification in Project Management or equivalent
