What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and co-lead moderately complex projects, managing time and resources effectively

  • Apply skills and discipline knowledge to contribute to departmental work and resolve moderately complex problems independently

  • Make decisions guided by policies in non-standard situations and operate independently in ambiguous situations.

  • Review your own work, seek directional review from others, and mentor colleagues

  • Utilize judgment and experience to become a resource for others and manage tasks supporting business growth and new program execution

  • Forecast and plan key events and new product launches, enhancing supply chain initiatives by monitoring key performance indicators and coordinating cross-functional teams

  • Guide operational teams in project management, prepare resource forecasts, and identify areas for improvement in products, processes, or services

  • Facilitate agreements between teams, advance new concepts and methodologies, and be accountable for inventory planning and coordination

  • Drive ongoing process improvement and efficiency in supply chain operations, monitor inventory shelf-life, and develop supply chain agreements with stakeholders

  • Communicate demand and supply issues, perform root cause analysis of inventory deviations, present promotional topics, and use ERP systems and reporting tools to resolve shipment issues

Qualifications

Must have

  • Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of
    experience; OR a master's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR
    a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR as associate's degree with 8 years
    of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of
    relevant experience

  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and leading cross-functional teams

  • Relevant experience in Supply and Logistics management, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry or similar sectors

  • Proficiency in both written and verbal English

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems (e.g., SAP)

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

  • Relevant pharmaceutical experience

  • Strong System Application & Products and systems skills

  • Experience in managing supply chain operations in a global context

  • Ability to drive process improvements and efficiency

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to mentor and guide other colleagues


PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Position requires on-call availability to address support functions for the site. This includes evenings and weekends on a routine basis. Some lifting of up to 40 lbs. may be required on occasion. Physically able to walk 450,000 sq.ft facility and exterior of building.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Overtime hours are required as needed. Position requires on-call availability to address support functions for the site. This includes evenings and weekends on a routine basis. Travel for meetings and training as required.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $102,900.00 to $171,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 15.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
