This role is responsible for identifying and assessing external organization capability and commercial development needs with the Oncology strategic partners, developing education project and learning programs, training the trainers, set up learning center and training team, and implementing various training or education plan to ensure partner’s organization stay competent and skilled for their jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess partners’ organization capability and propose the short term and long-term solution to management team;
Work closely with Pfizer medical, sales training and MA team to build the knowledge transfer platform and update the supporting programs
Develop learning and education program or training contents according to the fast-changing business needs and dynamic external market environment
Ensure strategic alignment between adaptable program resource with shared business goals between Pfizer and Oncology strategic partner
Act as a consultant to evaluate individual and organizational capability and identify weakness, to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance
Identify training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments
Develop and deliver training solutions that meet business needs, build partner’s training team and transfer the knowledge
Optimize partners’ training processes and platforms for efficiency
Select and managing resources, including working with both internal employees and external partners to develop and deliver training
Host train-the-trainer (on partner side) sessions for Compliance and Integrity, Promotional Activity Standard etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in education/human resources/business administration and pharmaceutical/medicine are required
10+ years in human resource, field-force training, with a strong emphasis on project management roles
Prior experience working as Training Senior Manager/Associate Director/Lead, or in a similar position
Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
Knowledge of learning and development best practices
Proven experience in the China pharmaceutical industry, particularly within MNCs
Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Proven influencing capabilities with communication
