We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Global Head of Talent Acquisition. The Talent Acquisition team is integral to Quanterix success in meeting our goal to attract high performing talent. This role reports to the Chief People Officer and is responsible for building and leading a team of recruiters with a focus on the candidate and new hire experience. This includes focusing on developing Quanterix Employee Value Proposition (EVP), diversity hiring programs, referral programs, internal hiring process, strategic sourcing, and all talent attraction, recruitment marketing and employment branding. We are looking for a Leader of Talent Acquisition who thrives in a fast-paced, growth environment and can balance between operational and strategic.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, lead, and direct the global talent acquisition strategy and hiring across the organization, coordinates simultaneous initiatives supporting the execution of the strategy.
- Build innovative programs to attract candidates through a variety of channels such as diverse segments, and internal mobility.
- Work with HRBP colleagues to support identification of internal talent and internal moves.
- Lead Workforce planning efforts for Quanterix with partnership of HRBPs and Finance
- Implement company wide hiring policies and practices to ensure compliance. Influences overall HR policies and practices. Partners with CPO and HR team to provide direction towards company goals.
- Strong focus on diverse and inclusive recruitment bringing best in class approaches and tools.
- Lead a strategic sourcing strategy to pro-actively pipeline talent for key roles. Increase the focus, skills, and accountability for sourcing.
- Build talent pipeline programs such as college and early career hiring programs.
- Develop and lead the recruitment marketing and employment branding to increase awareness of Quanterix as employers of choice.
- Lead updates of Quanterix careers page(s) to support company recognition and candidate /employee experience.
- Accountable to HR budget specific to TA
- Drive innovation in social/digital media for talent attraction and expand our reach to drive candidate applications through measuring the quality and effectiveness of hires from our various sources. Collaborate with managers to ensure they are active partners in these efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external organizations to create partnerships that produce consistent results to build a high performing funnel of talent.
- Lead, develop and coach the Talent Acquisition team through mentoring and learning experiences to successfully achieve all SLAs (time to fill, quality of hire, conversion rates, etc.).
- Innovate and continuously improve our talent acquisition process. Track, analyze, and hold various stakeholders accountable for recruiting metrics. Recommend process improvements as needed based on hiring outcomes.
- Interact with executive leadership team to influence positive TA program management, interact with external executives to understand industry benchmarking and standards.
- Identification, management, and alignment of a great candidate and new hire experience. In partnership with the HR team, support culture initiatives and integrate into new employee practices.
- Partner and collaborate with the HR team on hiring / onboarding training to ensure managers have the skills to drive a high-quality recruitment process, and positive candidate experience.
- Identify and lead contract negotiations with external recruiting partners.
What We’ll Expect From You:
- Bachelor's degree and 7-10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience within competitive Life Science / Biotech industry.
- Minimum 5 years of managing and developing recruiting teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and communicate change, and a track record of developing engaged, high performing teams.
- Influential leader, proven experience to influence cross functional teams to support the mission and goals of the company.
- Experience improving recruiting processes to increase overall efficiency and candidate experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at one time, lead teams through high-pressure, complex situations and exceed the expectations of business.
- Project and program management experience including leading continuous improvement, engagement, and change management programs,
- Prior experience building and managing Talent Acquisition hiring programs.
- Experience driving innovative recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Strong business acumen, and the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence and negotiate effective business solutions.
- Sense of urgency, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, growth environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with US Federal Contractor recruitment requirements (OFCCP) required.
