Our Material Supplier Quality team is hiring an Associate Manager, Quality Compliance. The Associate Manager will oversee a team of Compliance Specialists that is responsible for approval of Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) in the Supplier Quality and Auditing functions for IOPS.

In this role, a typical day may include:

  • Managing QA Compliance team with responsibilities of operating as a counterpart to functional areas to provide QA support, review, and approval of QMS records including deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.

  • Mentoring direct reports and functional area counterparts in compliance requirements.

  • Managing QMS system associated with MSQ function.

  • Ensuring appropriate training programs are executed for QMS systems related to MSQ.

  • Support regulatory and customer audits.

  • Achieving quality and operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.

  • Resolving problems, identifying trends, and determining system improvements; managing these improvements from conception to implementation.

  • Maintain project timelines associated with quality assurance initiatives to support the business.

To be considered for this role you must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or related field and the following years of experience in Quality Assurance for each level:

  • Associate Manager: 6+ years

Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Salary Range (annually)

$90,800.00 - $148,400.00
