We are looking for an Accounting Operations Analyst to become part of our team. In this role within the Operations department, you will assist with the daily functions of our global payroll and accounting divisions. Your primary duties will include supporting data analysis, performing reconciliations, executing established standard procedures, and providing support to international teams across various locations.

A typical day might include the following:

  • Perform vital reconciliations between enterprise systems and external vendor systems.

  • Prepare and reconcile data templates to support payroll processing across multiple global countries.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while communicating with associates and addressing inquiries.

  • Prepare various schedules that affect the accounting month-end close and reporting.

  • Coordinate and assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.

  • Prepare and maintain documentation, mappings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for processes as required.

  • Actively and consistently identify and promote opportunities for efficiency and improvement.

  • Follow established governance practices, ensuring consistent compliance.

This job might be for you if you:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in fields such as Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related areas.

  • Possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience in payroll, accounting, or data analysis.

  • Conduct vital reconciliations between enterprise systems and external vendor systems.

  • Prepare and reconcile data templates to facilitate payroll processing across various global countries.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service when presenting with associates and addressing inquiries.

  • Prepare various schedules that impact the accounting month-end close and reporting.

  • Coordinate and support the processes for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.

  • Prepare and update documentation, mapping, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for processes as required.

  • Consistently identify and drive opportunities for efficiency and improvement proactively.

  • Enforce to established governance practices, ensuring regular compliance.
