The Position

作为MCE Planning&Project Manager，你将根据罗氏在中国的业务发展需要，系统性整合内外部资源，通过各种平台搭建等方式，实现三医联动策略准入，同时借力三医协同，以点带面，创造多赢局面，为患者、客户和公司创造价值。

你将有机会：

• 结合国家卫生、医保政策，洞察业务机会点，与治疗领域、MCE区域项目经理等紧密合作，通过搭建全国三医平台，落地三医项目。
• 制定项目方案以及可视化的项目管理工具，与合规团队保持紧密沟通、对项目整体负责，确保项目在合规下按时交付。
• 负责三医项目执行过程中的内外协调等工作，与项目合作方建立和保持良好关系，及时总结，定期复盘。
• 寻找和发展潜在的外部战略合作伙伴，根据业务的不同需求，找到最合适的合作伙伴，实现共赢发展。
• 完成上级交代的其他工作。

我们期待你：

• 大学及以上学历
• 有3年以上政府事务以及项目管理工作经验
• 有较强的沟通能力以及团队合作能力，能及时了解各部门动态变化工作重点和目标策略；能够根据信息制定解决方案
• 有策略性思维
• 具备客户管理能力，通过项目推动与客户建立合作关系
• 具有谈判影响能力，能够抓住对方观点中的关键信息，了解事件发生的过程或项目推动的障碍原因；基于多方信息，能够独立制定出多元化的谈判方案以及备选方案；能够根据情况需要，有选择的使用不同的方法在谈判中清晰阐述给客户；能够与上级、合作部门共同分析讨论，改进谈判方案；能够不断总结谈判的成功经验，确保谈判成果能适应环境和条件的变化，具有较强的抗压能力，主动学习和参与创新，追求不断成长
