The Position

Are you fluent in Korean Languages and ready to make an impact? As a Compliance Analyst (Korean Speaker), you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our operations in Korea run smoothly.

Your primary responsibility will be verifying and assessing employee expense claims, ensuring they align with company policies and external regulations. Your keen eye for detail and analytical abilities will ensure accurate and timely claim processing. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with managers, offering solutions to challenges, contributing to process improvements, and strengthening compliance monitoring through insightful reporting and training materials.

Key Responsibilities (Operational):

  • Verify and assess employee expense claims for compliance with company policies and external regulations.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of compliance assessments during claim processing.
  • Collaborate with managers to resolve issues promptly and recommend effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the preparation of insightful reports and training materials for compliance monitoring.
  • Actively participate in process improvement discussions and implementation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Possess a university degree, preferably in business, law, or finance-related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, along with candidates with over 2 years of experience in compliance reviews or similar roles within regulated environments or audit firms
  • Strong analytical abilities and a critical mindset for factual assessment.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English and Korean.
