The Position

Job Summary职位概述:

1. Partner with Sales Team to be strategic resources by providing solid data analytics and generate trending and insight.

2. Serve Sales Management Team on optimizing Sales Planning to ensure resource allocation effectiveness and productivity improvement.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :

1. Identify, prioritize, and successfully drive / execute SFE initiatives aligned to each BA and Roche Dia strategic goals.

2. Support Sales Management team on customer classification ,territory alignment, sales team structuring & sizing ,target setting and sales incentive plan.

3. Use CRM system/performance management dashboard/tools and providing insights from internal data analysis & reports to identify both the commercial & capability opportunities.

4. Enhance Sales Operation Capability by coordination of business review process with monitoring KPI.

5. Working with function team to leverage BI, Performance Management, and other SFE relevant tools and resource.

6. Co-work with technical team to ensure the seamless connection between selling process, operation and system maintenance.

7. Other projects or ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager

8. Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection

9. Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)

Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:
1. University graduate with major in Business Management or related disciplines.

Experience工作经验:
1. At least 5 years working experience in multinational companies in Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.

2. Experience as a Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Operation, Business Strategy & Planning. Experience in project definition and analysis identifying business needs and requirements.

3. Experience in developing plans and measures, liaising with and engaging cross function and exposure in technical project management is preferable. Previous Strategy & Planning experience in Agency is desirable.

4. Familiarity with CRM/ ETMS and BI tools application is a must.


Professional Competencies/skills专业能力/技能:
1. Solid understanding of selling process of Professional Diagnostics, Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.

2. Project management and strong ability to present complex issues in a logical, clear, concise and actionable manner.

3. Demonstrated capability in problem solving skillset.

4. Strong communication & presentation Skills in both English and Chinese.

5. Customer orientation & proficient in relationship management
