As an FDO Finance Business Partner with a focus on Global Supply Chain within the Global Operations Network, you play a key role to achieve short- and long-term financial targets. You support your business partners by providing an unbiased point of view on the performance, supported by facts and evidence. You provide insights on financial aspects and influence decisions directly or indirectly.

In the role as Finance Business Partner you will be an independent sparring partner to the business and provide an unbiased point of view on the performance. Your particular focus will be on the APAC Hub project and the future APAC Hub Operations in Singapore including the APAC Gateway Operations in China.

The Opportunity

• Provide meaningful input and insights to monthly closing and forecasting. Create actionable insights and storyline for stakeholders

• Coordinate and drive planning as well as forecasting activities, and balance budgeting simplifications with robust, fit for purpose information. Establish and maintain a strong partnership with internal & external finance colleagues as well as business partners

• Drive collaboration across chapters and deliver high value-added insights that help the organization make good strategic decisions

• Steer and manage global projects in operations finance and adjunct chapters, bringing together capabilities and strengths across sites

• Perform other special projects such as expense/benchmarking/investment analyses, and presentation schedules

• Understand and live the finance framework, mindset, and behaviors. Have a solid understanding of the Diagnostics system and reporting landscape.

Who you are

• You should hold a Minimum bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting or related discipline with at least 7 years of proven track record in finance business partnering for global and local organizations and broad finance knowledge with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.

• You should be self-driven with a strong desire to experiment new ways of working and pilot new areas as well as capabilities as well as a conceptual thinker with strong business acumen and customer orientation.

• You should be a successful use of your strong analytical, quantitative and organizational skills with excellent skills in spreadsheet tools and presentation software as well as knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)
