Here's what we're looking for:

Full Time, Vienna

We are looking for a Product Owner who will act as the curator of our customers needs and ensure that the Squad creates value for our customers and business. Therefore you are responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive prioritized backlog for the Squad and ensure communication and transparency to stakeholders.

Your mission:

  • Collaborate in ART Ceremonies and meetings, and directly work with other Product Owners to ensure an effective contribution from the Squad to the overall goals

  • Work together with the Squad to determine Program Increment objectives for the upcoming PI

  • Together with the Squad define Stories, providing the clarifications necessary to assist the Squad with their sequencing

  • Participate in preparation for and produce the System Demo and PI System Demo

  • Work across teams to define and implement improvement stories that will increase the velocity and quality of the program.

  • Support the Squad in coordinating scope dependencies between Squads, in line with the broader strategic target

  • Provide strategic direction to help the Squad deliver value in line with prioritized customer needs, business strategy, and technological considerations (aligned with the Program Backlog

  • Serve as the liaison between the Squad and Release Train Product Management

  • Contribute to the Software Development process of your squad e.g. ensuring acceptance criteria are ment, write and validate requirements etc.

Essential skills for your mission:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of work experience

  • Proven experience in product Management, customer success, or related role

  • Experience working in agile development

  • Great written and verbal communication skills in English

Bonus skills:

  • Experience working with SAFe framework is a plus

  • Experience working with medical devices

  • Knowledge of the diabetes industry or other comparable health industries

In Austria, we have a legal obligation to disclose the minimum salary according to our collective agreement, which is gross €3.455 - per month for this position. But!
