The Position

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

Organizes the materials receiving and finished products dispatching.

Organizes the materials storage, handling and replenishing production.

Ensures all inbound and outbound activities meet supply chain quality, SHE requirements at a high standard, with increasing reliability and efficiency.

Be the owner of site logistics quality and logistics safety.

Be the SME of the cold chain logistics and DG transportation and storage.

Be the investigation unit person for logistics claims.

Be the owner of warehouse capacity / capability development, including the equipment, system and people.

Be the owner of SAP WM module and be responsible for the accuracy of the data and information flows.

Setup and monitor operation KPIs and drive improvements by using lean concept and working cross-functionally.

Be the owner of warehouse materials accuracy. As the customs business internal audit team member, responsible for the implementation of the company's internal audit and the reporting of the results to site management team.

Provide leadership to all direct reports, disciplinary and content wise.

Coach / develop the team in all related soft and hard skills to meet the demands and challenges of the operation.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above
• Major in logistics is a plus

• Skilled for forklift operation and have license

• Hold on IATA and IMDG certificate: a plus

• 10 years above work experience in logistics/warehouse area with at least 5 years in manager role

• preferred IVD, pharma operation
• Solid understanding and experience with duty free materials handling.

• Solid experience in SAP MM/WM/SD module would be a plus.
• Good understanding GMP/FDA requirements in medical device manufacture

• Solid understanding of chemical and dangerous goods operation
• Solid understanding of cold chain logistics operation
