As a Field Service Engineer, your mission is to deliver exceptional post-sales services at customer sites. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our high-tech laboratory equipment. By ensuring the optimal functionality and performance of these highly sophisticated systems, you directly contribute to improving healthcare outcomes and patient care.

Your Impact

  • Ensure customer satisfaction during every service event, whether on-site or providing remote support.

  • Help our customers achieve the best performance from their products by advising them on preventive maintenance and configuration adjustments.

  • Be the go-to expert for post-sale technical support, performing installation, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and preventive maintenance on our high-tech equipment.

  • Represent our service image proudly and create added value through your professional interactions and high-quality solutions.

  • Embrace teamwork, actively collaborate with colleagues, and show a strong commitment to our organization's goals.

  • Pursue continuous learning and apply new knowledge to enhance everyday activities and improve our service quality.

Your profile

  • Fluent in both Dutch and French; we offer opportunities for language skill improvement and becoming fully bilingual. Proficiency in technical English is a must.

  • Hold a degree in Electronics or Electro-mechanics.

  • Knowledge of IT and network infrastructure related to laboratory environments is a significant plus, ensuring lab instruments are well-connected and deliver accurate results.

  • Excel at providing outstanding customer service.

  • Demonstrate passion, determination, and a results-oriented mentality.

  • Thrive both autonomously and within a team, handling sophisticated tasks with precision.

  • Align with organizational objectives and values, maintaining accurate information and implementing effective solutions.

  • Willing to travel abroad for meetings and training to improve your technical skills.

  • Adaptable, willing to work in a guard system, and flexible with work hours when needed.
