The Position
- Daily Operation Management:
- Manage daily operations for retail and e-commerce channels including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain and update product information, regularly review and optimize product display pages to enhance consumer browsing and purchase experience.
- Assist in developing and executing inventory turnover strategies to handle sales peaks and promotional activities, optimizing inventory management systems.
- Track and analyze pre-sale, in-stock, and return processes to optimize the customer shopping experience.
- Marketing Activity Support:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities both online and offline, such as sales events and holiday promotions, to increase brand awareness and sales conversion rates.
- Coordinate promotional activities across various online marketing channels (e.g., e-commerce platforms, company website, social media) to ensure consistency and maximize exposure.
- Develop and implement consumer incentive programs and loyalty plans to drive repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Regularly collect and analyze sales data and market feedback, generating detailed reports and insights to support decision-making.
- Use data analysis tools to track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average order value, and customer retention rate, and provide constructive improvement suggestions.
- Conduct consumer behavior analysis to identify potential needs and market trends, and adjust operational strategies to attract target customer groups.
- Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and professional service to maintain good customer relationships.
- Work with the customer service team to ensure after-sales issues are promptly resolved, and continuously improve customer service processes.
- Establish and maintain a customer feedback system, regularly review customer satisfaction survey results, and drive customer experience enhancement.
- Market Research:
- Track competitor dynamics and industry trends, regularly conduct market research, and collect and analyze relevant data.
- Propose targeted marketing and operational optimization suggestions to maintain a leading position in a competitive market.
