Science Magazine is an online magazine and offline publication that provides news and information related to science and medicine. It provides its readers with scientific news, commentaries, research, video clips, podcasts, and science journals. It provides its readers with several magazines such as Science Signaling, a magazine focused on cell signaling in physiology and disease; Science Translational Medicine, a magazine focused on integrating medicine and science; Science Classic, which is its initial publication; and more. It also provides a service known as Science Express which provides electronic publication of selected Science papers in advance of print. Science Magazine provides information related to areas such as news related to medicine and science, current situations in the medical world, educational articles related to medicine and science, and other categories. In addition, it provides its readers with multimedia related to its publications. It conducts web-based seminars, podcasts, and provides video clips, interactive sessions, images and slide shows related to its information and articles. Science Magazine was founded in 1880 by Thomas Edison, based in Washington, District of Columbia. It has an estimated worldwide readership of more than one million and some 35 to 40 percent of the corresponding authors on its papers are based outside the United States.
