If this sounds like you and you are driven by purpose, join the SOPHiA GENETICS Supply Chain Team as a Warehouse & Production Operator, and enable us to make a positive impact on the outcomes for cancer and rare disease patients worldwide. This is a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension or permanent outcome.

The nature of this role means you can expect to be in the office 5 days PW, connected to our Warehouse and Lab environment at our site in Rolle, Switzerland.

Your Mission

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your will have responsibilities across the Warehouse and Production.

Warehouse

  • Managing all the inbound and outbound goods flow
  • Inspecting the stocks and reporting about the damaged products in SOPHiA GENETICS structured systems
  • Recording all the materials received in SOPHiA GENETICS ERP & Using warehouse management systems
  • Preparing outgoing shipments and maintain shipment records
  • Managing cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse on a day to day basis
  • Following all the warehouse safety procedures and guidelines

Production

  • Launch production orders following make-to-stock and make-to-order strategies
  • Manage manufacturing processes in SOPHiA GENETICS ERP
  • Perform the final product release
  • Apply and Follow Medical Devices production standards (GxPs)
  • Perform line clearance process
