Are you ready to make a significant impact within our HR Digital function? Syngenta is seeking a dynamic individual to lead the ongoing review and deployment of release-related processes across our global HR Systems landscape. As the HR Digital Release Manager, you will collaborate with our HR Digital technology partners, represent Syngenta at various vendor forums, and drive the management of Workday and SmartRecruiters (Applicant Tracking System) releases.

Your role will involve identifying opportunities for business value, driving data quality, enhancing end user experience, and streamlining processes. You will play a pivotal role in delivering optional release feature realizations, configuring technical prototypes, and ensuring governance of production release configurations.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong Workday configuration experience across multiple functional domains (Core HCM, Absence, Time, Performance, Compensation) inclusive of certification(s) and a detailed understanding of Tenant Management.
  • Functional Release analysis experience.
  • Excellent communicator who can present both verbally and visually in a manner that non-technical audiences can align and understand.
  • Significant experience of business partnering, strong collaboration & influencing.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to build strong capabilities and compelling business cases.
  • Fluent in data analysis with the ability to derive data driven insights, with strong working knowledge of data integration methods and middleware’s.
  • Experience within a multi-cultural and complex matrix organization and with global virtual teams.

Additional Information

The preference is for the role to be based at our Jealott's Hill International Research Centre near Bracknell, but other UK locations & Hungary could be considered as a location for the right candidate.
