Objectives / Purpose
Gain a good understanding of the Business requirements pertaining to MDM by working in tandem with Business analysts and solution architects
Support the data profiling activities and gain a good insight into the underlying data quality of various applications
Support the design of the MDM application across the different technology components including Hub, Workflow, UI and services
Work closely with the Solution architects to define the solution components for the MDM application including data models, integration layers
Accountabilities
Develop and implement the Master data management for HCP Master using the Informatica MDM SaaS Platform
Perform data profiling, cleansing and data standardization process and document the data quality observations
Design and develop data mappings between Source applications and MDM applications to support the batch data load
Participate in code reviews, testing and performance tuning of the applications
Document technical specifications, design decisions and runbook for implementation.
Resolve technical issues in the MDM services configuration and regression test bug fixes
DIMENSIONS AND ASPECTS
Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise
Proficient in building MDM applications on Informatica’s SaaS Platform
Proven experience as a MDM developer for other large HCP Implementations
Strong knowledge of Medpro, Veeva and other major HCP data sources
Strong understanding of data modelling, data integration and web services
Experience with data profiling, data cleansing and data quality integrations with MDM Hub
Knowledge of data governance and data catalog will be preferred
Leadership
Effectively communicate with varying levels of management i.e. GDT/DDT Executives, GDT/DDT Project Managers, Supplier Representatives, etc.
Strong Technical leadership skills to guide technical teams, provide architectural guidenace and drive successful MDM Implementations.
Able to influence and drive accountability across organizational and domain boundaries
Coordinate, manage and complete primary tasks and special projects with minimal oversight
Decision-making and Autonomy
Ability to make complex decision and support the enterprise strategy

Must be able to develop and maintain strong relationships globally

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent in a related or directly relevant field
Skill Certification on Informatica MDM SaaS offering and IDMC Platform
Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python or similar
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Indepth understanding of healthcare data, HCP data sets and data management concepts.
