Job Description

About the role:

  • Managing and developing Program, Transformation and Strategy team for Vienna site.

  • Manage Site Strategy and Site roadmap in collaboration with needed stakeholders.

  • Represent Vienna Site in strategic, global and local meetings.

  • Develop BPM and Program focus and improvement in accordance with Vienna SLT

How you will contribute:

  • Is accountable to lead and drive the assigned programs

  • Provides strategic planning leadership by developing program scope and alternatives in accordance and alignment with SLT and key stakeholders

  • Review and challenge major feasibility studies, designs, and cost / schedule estimates and represent sparring partner for internal partners.

  • Monitor & Control program deliverables using appropriate tools

  • Coordinate and run program review steering committee meeting

  • Presents and reports monthly the program reflecting the health status according to local/global directions to (senior) management stakeholders

  • Supports the implementation and manages project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

  • Provide support, guidance, and training to associated functions to assure deliverables of the program are met

  • Assures alignment within the program, to the corresponding portfolio on strategic goals and deliverables

  • Drives Business- and Orgnaizational-Transformation within Vienna Site

  • Drives, runs and maintains Site Master Plan including ownership for complex and most impactful resulting workstreams

  • Is a key contact to global stakeholders such as Engineering, Strategy Team, Product Teams.

What you bring to Takeda:

  • Academic Degree (Diploma / M. Sc./ B. Sc.) or equivalent

  • Languages: Business fluent proficiency in English & local Language (written and oral)

  • Experience: Multiple years of experience in GMP environment and relevant experience with major stakeholders, e.g., manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, regulatory affairs

  • Solid leadership experience

  • Broad knowledge of project management methodology and capital portfolio mgt.

  • High communication skills, analytical mind-set, ability to work under pressure

  • GxP/QA knowledge

  • Innovative thinking

  • Building relationships and teamwork

  • Used to working in a complex matrix organization.

  • Can establish and coordinate service contracts with external service providers

Preferred:

  • Experience with data analysis

  • Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry not limited to technical aspects only

  • Strategic thinking

  • Is able to easily engage with both internal and external stakeholders to drive performance and deliver program on cost and schedule; demonstrates assertiveness as necessary to challenge and deliver on scope, timeline and cost

  • Collaborate across program related functions and sites

  • Works closely with a global program lead role

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is 5.538,85 EUR gross per month (full time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry). The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, so increased payment is possible.
