About the role:
The Manufacturing Operations III role is focused on converting raw materials and components into finished goods. This includes general production work, assembling components, processing batches of materials, operating machine tools, and packaging finished goods. The role supports Takeda's mission by ensuring efficient and high-quality production processes.

How you will contribute:
* Perform general production manufacturing work
* Assemble finished components or parts into finished products
* Process manufacturing batches of bulk materials/ingredients
* Set up and operate machine tools to convert materials into parts, sub-assemblies, and assemblies
* Conduct surface finishing of parts, components, and assembled items
* Package materials or finished goods into containers for protection, display, and handling

Skills and qualifications:
* Applies Good Manufacturing Practices independently in routine and moderately complex situations with minimal guidance.
* Utilizes Product And Manufacturing Information effectively to enhance production quality and efficiency.
* Implements Continuous Improvement Process strategies to optimize production workflows.
* Conducts Quality Control assessments independently, ensuring products meet strict standards.
* Troubleshoots production issues effectively, minimizing downtime and maintaining workflow continuity.
* Collaborates with teams across departments to achieve production goals and improve processes.
* Maintains and troubleshoots equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
* Plans and executes production schedules to meet targets and optimize resource use.
* Manages safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all staff.
* Applies lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase production efficiency.
* Pays close attention to details, ensuring high-quality production outputs.
* Communicates effectively with team members and across departments to facilitate smooth operations.

At this level you will utilize and expand your working knowledge and skills. This role requires broadened technical abilities to perform a diverse set of activities, working within established procedures under general supervision. A high school diploma and some relevant working experience, along with any necessary certifications, will prepare you for this role. You will be responsible for evaluating and selecting solutions, with errors potentially causing moderate impact but being correctable. Your interactions will extend beyond your department, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
