Job Description
1.
Provide high-quality, accurate and timely response to medical inquiries from physicians, patients and caregivers, ensuring the appropriate use of Takeda products in accordance with Takeda’s SOPs and regulations.
2.
Evaluate the necessity for, develop and regularly update local standard response documents or FAQs for a product, aligning with customer needs and business/medical strategy.
3.
Deliver high-quality and insightful medical competitive intelligence in Takeda strategic therapeutic areas to support informed business and medical strategy decision-making.
4.
Develop medical digital communication plan and deliver medical digital content in a high-quality, customer-friendly, compliant and engaging way.
5.
Collaborate with Digital Opinion Leaders (DOL) to maximize the impact of online medical communication.
6.
Deep dive customer insights and provide timely feedback, from medical inquiries, online communications as well as DOL engagements.
7.
Innovate information solutions to support business strategies while addressing the evolving needs of physicians and patients.
8.
Actively engage and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external customers.
9.
Thoroughly understand and implement the requirements of Takeda SOPs, ethical standards and applicable laws and regulations in daily work activities.
10.
Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by the team lead.
Qualifications & Skills
Master degree or above in Medical, Pharmacy, Medical information or Life
science is required.
≥5 years working experience in pharmaceutical company or clinical practice;≥3 years working experience in MNC is preferred.
≥3 years Medical Information and/or digital communication related experience is required for Asso. MIS manager, ≥5 years related experience for MIS manager, ≥8 year related experience for Sr. MIS manager.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas in general.
Solid skills in medical information searching, analyzing and content generation.
Customer focus with demonstrated communication and engagement skills.
Strong project management skills to execute complex tasks within tight timeframes and milestones.
Excellent teamwork ability, self-motivated, with great learning agility.
Strong innovative mindset with proven ability to navigate complex and dynamic digital environments, effectively innovating solutions and managing challenges.
Fluent in written business English, workable in spoken English.
