Missão

O papel principal desta posição é promover efetivamente os produtos de Doenças Raras da Takeda, com foco em Doenças de depósito lisossômico(DDLs): Mucopolissacaridose Tipo II e Doença de Fabry.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Promover de forma profissional e ética produtos para Doenças raras;
  • Interagir de forma efetiva com médicos envolvidos no mercado de alta complexidade, nas seguintes especialidades. (Ex .: Genética Médica, Pediatria, Neurologia, Nefrologia, Cardiologia, entre outras);
  • Compreender a jornada do paciente e a continuidade dos cuidados;
  • Construir e manter relacionamentos fortes com clientes-chave em várias configurações;
  • Liderar iniciativas com KOL em todo o território. Participar de eventos científicos / médicos locais;
  • Estabelecer e Gerenciar programas e seminários eficazes para aumentar a conscientização sobre doenças e produtos;
  • Utilizar efetivamente conhecimento médico/marketing e recursos para apoiar mensagens de educação / Gerar demanda e atender às diferentes necessidades do cliente e contribuir para o atingimento dos objetivos das marcas e da unidade;
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com Marketing/Assuntos médicos, implementar o plano estratégico de cada marca para alcançar os objetivos esperados;
  • Manter relatórios de atividades, efetividade e informações de clientes precisos;
  • Demonstrar compreensão entusiástica de diferentes ambientes médicos, incluindo processos de diagnóstico e protocolos de tratamento para cada centro de tratamento relevante;
  • Trabalhar com time cross-funcional, colaborando com a comunicação entre todas as partes interessadas e outras funções relevantes dentro da Takeda;
  • Apoiar iniciativas médicas e de marketing no território em questão com relevância e informações de clientes; construir plano customizado de trabalho na região;
  • Executar planos de negócios de território e integrado que incorporem metas para áreas terapêuticas alvo.

Pré requisitos

  • Superior completo;
  • Experiência em promoção de produtos em indústria farmacêutica;
  • Atuação no mercado de Especialidades ou Medicamentos para Doenças Órfãs será um diferencial;
  • Conhecimento dos sistemas de saúde brasileiro (sistema público e privado);
  • Pacote Office Intermediário;
  • Inglês é desejável.

Outros requerimentos

  • CNH válida;
  • Conhecimento geográfico da região;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens (Mínimo de 2 semanas fora da sede, podendo ser mais);
  • Viagem internacional para reuniões ou congressos internos da Takeda, quando solicitado.
