The opportunity

The PMO responsibility is to lead and coordinate various country HR initiatives and ensure a smooth and efficient HR processes, these includes supporting HR strategic programs, projects, and activities, together with planning, control, and analytical data

How you’ll spend your day

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams involved in the HR processes.
  • Coordinate all activities related to the demerger that are cross functional.
  • Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing within the organization.
  • Support L&D project management framework activities.
  • Monitor labor cost and AOP – for IL and Cluster markets.
  • Budget management and Projects reports while collaborate with different HR units, and BU's leaders - for IL and Cluster markets

Your experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline required, MBA/Advanced Degree preferred.
  • Previous experience as a PMO/Project manager in big complex environments – a must
  • Cross-functional experience working in multiple functional areas.
  • Experience & understanding of HR processes – a significant advantage!
  • Excellent execution HR, financial and business acumen in target setting, efficiency management, and P&L optimization capabilities
  • Ability to proactively diagnose and solve complex problems and simultaneously manage several initiatives.
  • Strong systemic and process thinking
  • Strong organizational skills and senior stakeholders' management
  • The role will be based in Shoham & TLV (4 days on site)
