The opportunity

Cluster Compliance Role
The Sr. Director, Cluster Compliance Officer is responsible for developing and executing Teva’s Global Compliance & Ethics (“GC&E”) Program in the IL, Africa, ME and Ukraine commercial cluster and as Local Compliance Officers (LCO) for Teva Israel commercial entity and TGO. He/She will report to the VP, IM Regional Compliance Officer. The position will serve as a business partner and compliance advisor to the IL and cluster GM and will lead, drive, and manage all aspects of Teva’s global compliance program. This position will serve as a critical and valued member of the cluster and Teva IL commercial leadership teams and in the IM Regional Compliance Leadership Team. He will be responsible for leading and managing a group of LCOs spread throughout his/her cluster. The cluster compliance officer might be requested to lead projects at the regional level under the RCO.

LCO Country role
The role will include the LCO position for Teva IL commercial and TGO entities, being responsible for developing and executing Teva’s Global Compliance & Ethics (“GC&E”) Program in this country. The position will serve as a business partner and compliance advisor to multiple business areas that comprise the Teva affiliate(s) in the country.

General
The individual shall maintain appropriate independence and objectivity in order to provide an assessment of potential risks faced by the organization, and will need to partner with key stakeholders to provide business-oriented and pragmatic guidance that enables the company to achieve its goals in a compliant and ethical manner. Additionally, the role requires extensive collaboration and teamwork with appropriate legal, GC&E, HR, GIA and Teva IL, Ukraine, Africa and ME cluster/ Teva IL commercial and TGO entity's leadership personnel.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Lead and manage the compliance program for Teva Israel, Ukraine, Africa & ME cluster, and Teva IL commercial entity, focusing on:
  1. Code of Conduct
  2. Anti-corruption & anti-bribery
  3. Industry Codes
  4. Healthcare compliance
  5. Corporate compliance (privacy, conflicts, etc.)
  • Partner with stakeholders to provide practical compliance guidance for achieving business goals ethically.
  • Oversee implementation and effectiveness of the compliance program, including:
  1. Updating compliance policies and procedures
  2. Conducting risk assessments and monitoring plans
  3. Supporting compliance committees and training initiatives
  4. Reviewing promotional materials
  5. Championing Teva's values and ethics
  6. Managing third-party due diligence and oversight
  • Continuously assess, monitor, and mitigate compliance risks.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Compliance, Legal, Accounting or related field.
  • Experience in healthcare, preferably pharmaceuticals.
  • 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry (Sales, Marketing, regulations).Understanding of local pharma laws and interest in broader compliance areas.
  • Experience in advising on healthcare compliance and local regulations.
  • Proven ability to develop policies, conduct assessments, and deliver training.
  • Experience in HCP interactions, government regulations, and corporate compliance (anti-corruption).
  • Experience implementing compliance programs.
