The opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Lead to join our team.
As a Power Platform Community Lead, you will manage and grow our self-productivity community for Power Platform, as well as establishing a Power Platform champions community. The Community Lead will collaborate closely with diverse users from all business units at Teva, to leverage their value from the new platform.

How you’ll spend your day

• Community Leadership and Engagement
Lead the self-productivity community for Power Platform, ensuring active engagement and encouraging a collaborative environment
Develop and manage the Power Platform champions community
Plan, organize, and execute community events, webinars, and workshops to drive engagement and knowledge sharing
• Content Development
Develop and create valuable content for the community, including blog posts, tutorials, and case studies
Communicate upcoming changes in the Power Platform and Teva’s policy, and new feature releases
• Community Feedback and Improvement
Gather feedback from community members to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to enhance the community experience
• Monitoring and Reporting
Monitor community metrics and activities, using the CoE governance tools
Provide regular reports on community health and engagement levels

Your experience and qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field – Mandatory
Community management certifications from recognized institutes – optional
Certifications in content marketing or social media management – optional
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals or related certifications – Mandatory
Proven experience in community management, within the technology sector – Mandatory
Proficiency in content creation and social media management – Mandatory
Strong understanding of the Power Platform and its applications – Mandatory
Strong foundational knowledge in Microsoft 365 apps – Mandatory
