We would like to invite applications for the role of Snr Manager, Process Improvement and Business Change

Location: we are happy to consider candidates located in a commutable distance to our sites in Harlow or Ridings Point. We have a hybrid approach to home-working!

Overall Job Purpose: The role of the Business Excellence team is to support the UK business in executing its strategy and business improvement agenda. A key part of this is supporting the business deliver its change and improvement agenda – contributing to vision setting, strategy development and being accountable for all local delivery.

A Day in the Life of an Associate Director, Digital Product Management and Transformation…

  • You will identify and address process and system challenges across the organisation
  • You will develop solutions collaboratively with business, IT and digital teams
  • You will work with the business and HR / L&D teams to impact assess changes and develop training needs
  • You will support the development of training and business change communications
  • You will develop a process improvement mindset within the organisation by setting up a process improvement academy and network process improvement / lean professions
  • You will track and report delivery progress to UK Leadership and key stakeholders
  • You will lead, mentor, and support a matrixed team of process improvement managers fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
  • You will embed process improvement / lean principles and best practice across the team and organisation
  • You will engage with senior stakeholders to define problem statements, desired outcomes and agree process changes to be applied
  • You will collaborate with business and change teams to drive the adoption of process changes from impact assessment to training and organisational change
  • You will engage with global / local teams to orchestrate the delivery of UK priorities
  • You will establish KPIs and metrics to monitor and track ongoing performance improvement resulting from process change

Are you...?

  • Passionate for process and system improvement and business change
  • Experienced in delivering complex process and business change in a pharmaceutical organisation (or related industry)
  • Experienced in leading process change, embedding best practice and development process improvement capability in a highly regulated sector

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels
  • Global experience and cultural awareness, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different regions
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success
