The opportunity

Assist or lead tactical initiatives/ projects/ tasks / Support issues for Teva APAC commercial country cluster, along with additional responsibilities across Pan IM projects as a virtual member of COE team. These initiatives will primarily focus on IT solutions relevant for APAC countries.

How you’ll spend your day

Business Analysis and Documentation:

  • Articulate, Analyze, and Document Requirements: Utilize your knowledge to effectively gather, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with both business and technical teams.
  • Process Mapping: Understand and map business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization using industry-leading tools and methodologies.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues by leveraging your expertise and networking with solution support teams, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Program Management and Solution Deployment:

  • End-to-End Project Management: Lead APAC and local IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and approval timelines.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement high-quality project plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
  • Risk Management and Escalation: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and escalate issues as necessary to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborative Environment: Foster a collaborative work environment with the Teva Bangalore center team, enhancing project outcomes and ensuring seamless execution of APAC projects.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Stay well-informed about IT and procurement policies, particularly those of Teva, ensuring all projects are compliant and aligned with corporate standards.
  • Internal Process and Policy Awareness: Be thoroughly knowledgeable about the company’s internal processes and policies, ensuring all activities are compliant and streamlined according to corporate guidelines.
  • Inter-Team Awareness: Maintain a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities of each team within the organization to facilitate efficient workflow and cooperation.

Digital Tools Setup and Management:

  • Expertise in Key Solutions: Demonstrate hands-on experience and proficiency with Veeva CRM, SAP, Qlik Dashboards, Chatbot, and RPA solutions or similar technologies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Leverage your technical knowledge to set up and manage digital tools, ensuring they meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Business Analysis and Documentation: Apply your business analysis and documentation skills specifically within the mentioned technologies, ensuring comprehensive and clear documentation that supports effective solution deployment and usage.

Superior Communication and Networking Skills:

  • Effective Communication: Exhibit superior communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly.
  • Networking for Support: Proactively network with solution support teams to troubleshoot issues and implement best practices, ensuring optimal performance and resolution of any challenges that arise.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology
  • 5-10 years of experience in analysis, design & implementation of digital technologies and project management
  • Experience in healthcare industry will be considered advantageous but not mandatory
  • Willingness to learn new solution areas
  • Internal Process Mastery: Be very aware of the company’s internal processes, ensuring that all workflows are in line with corporate standards and facilitating smooth project execution.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure all project activities and deliverables adhere to internal policies, minimizing risks and maintaining compliance.
  • Team Coordination: Have a comprehensive understanding of each team’s functions and processes, allowing for efficient coordination and execution of task
