Location of the position
TAPI Italy has four sites: 3 located around Milan, Rho, Caronno, and Villanterio and 1 in Piemonte, Santhià
Your manager is based in Santhia but we are flexible in location.
Your mission
Are you ready to create and lead our talent strategy for TAPI in Italy? As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be the go-to partner for Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, anticipating and fulfilling our recruiting needs with finesse. Your mission: to proactively scout and attract top-tier talent for TAPI, managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
You'll be the master of candidate engagement, utilizing various channels to connect with potential hires, guiding managers through interviews, and skillfully negotiating offers. Beyond recruitment, you'll champion our employer brand, spearheading initiatives that radiate our company culture both internally and externally.
Collaborate closely with HR managers on employee engagement projects, and report directly to the local HR Manager while working in tandem with the Head of Talent Acquisition and Global HR Business Partners. If you're passionate about shaping the future of our workforce, we want you on our team!
How you’ll spend your day
- As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll oversee the entire recruitment process, including formal steps like medical visits and pre-employment screenings. You'll collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies. Using a variety of sourcing methods, you'll identify and attract candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, social media, and online job boards.
- You'll conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, you'll guide candidates from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Building and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline for current and future positions, you'll provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate.
- Staying current on industry trends, best practices, and market conditions, you'll inform recruitment strategies and decision-making, including trends in salary packages and benefits.
- You will lead the corporation & partnership with universities, participate in job fairs and other relevant events to strengthen the TAPI brand within the market.
- You'll also focus on improving disability recruitment practices, finding the right channels and solutions in compliance with Italian law.
Who We’re Looking For
We're looking for a dynamic English and Italian speaking professional with at least five years of experience in staffing and recruitment, ideally within the life sciences or chemical industry. As our Italian expert, local experience is crucial. You'll need a keen understanding of the local candidate and labor market, along with top-notch skills in sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you engage and influence stakeholders effectively. Experience with social media, labor communication, and employer branding is crucial to attract top talent. While not required, experience in a recruitment agency is a valuable asset.
