How you’ll spend your day
- To execute all the electrical activities as per GMP and EHS norms.
- To execute the CAPEX (Project) activities as per the timelines in line with quality and safety standards
- Candidate should be able for smooth execution of preventive / breakdown maintenance / calibration of all electrical equipment’s and facilities at site
- To ensure the smooth power operation from UPPCL and should communicate with close coordination with state electricity board in case of power failure or plan shutdown
- To guide and supervise CWK and ADHOC technicians for daily routine technical issues
- To ensure and monitor the minimum required inventory of critical spares related to plant equipment’s and electrical substation in engineering store and report to engineer for any shortage of inventory
- To ensure and maintain the electrical areas / facilities auditable and as per safety standards and able to understand the concept of 5S.
- To perform all the activities as per TEVA defined procedure.
- To execute the timely completion of CAPA actions related to EHS and QMS assign by engineer.
- To ensure the safety of persons, plant and equipment while carrying out the maintenance jobs.
- To monitor and track the energy consumption (KWH, KVAH, P.F etc.) at site.
- Candidate should have knowledge and awareness for API equipment’s like- reactors, centrifuges, ANFD, shifter, multi mill, RCVD and blenders etc.
- Able to handle the electrical substation shift independently.
- Candidate must be able to check the measurement sheets of contractor’s activities after work completion.
- To perform any other job as assigned by engineer/ manager Maintenance Engineering.
Your experience and qualifications
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma. -Electrical
Experience:
- Min 5 to 6 years relevant experience
- Good understanding of 33 KV Electrical Substation operation and maintenance
- Candidate should be from Pharma, API or Chemical background
- Candidates should have electrical wiremen/supervisory license from State Government Authorities
- Candidate should be aware of electrical safety rule & regulations
- Having hands on experience on various motor starters like: Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), Soft Starters, Star Delta Starter and DOL starters with installation, programming, wiring and troubleshooting skills
- Having good maintenance knowledge of utility equipment's i.e. Chillers, Compressors, Nitrogen Plant etc.
- Having good knowledge and experience in operation and maintenance of 33 KV electrical system (Transformer, Diesel generator, SF6 breaker, VCB, ACB, relay coordination etc.) along with UPS operation and maintenance.
- Having good communication and email writing skills
