How you’ll spend your day

  • Responsible for Marketing strategy-to-tactics development and implementation for the assigned Products.
  • Full P&L management for assigned Category and Brands.
  • Assigned Team of Brand Managers (from Junior to Senior roles) leadership, constant development and day to day management.
  • Ensuring full focus on defined Strategy Execution for assigned Category
  • Challenge for “Must-Win” and high 1-2 years-based ROI Category and Brand activities above committed Tactical plans.
  • Efficient communication with Key internal stakeholders and networking role-model drive.
  • Focus on relevant to assigned category Sales Channels, best-in-class activation through tight collaboration with Sales Department and 360 Brand activation set synergy.
  • Leading strategic initiatives and developing pipeline for assigned Category and Brands for 5Y horizon.
  • Data-based driven decisions approach with focus on Constand 360 analytics for defined Category and Brands.

Your experience and qualifications

  • University degree, business/marketing education will be an advantage as well as MBA degree.
  • At least 5 years of successful marketing experience with leading foreign Pharmaceutical/FMCG companies as group product manager or marketing team lead.
  • Proven track record of Growing/ Launching brands.
  • Experience and track of record for team leadership as well as proved people management and development experience.
  • Result driven strategic thinker with perfect collaborative and influencing skills
  • Ready for fast and precise execution though focusing on internal Compliance and operational standards and Values.
  • Open minded, creative approach, agile style of self and team-management.
  • Upper-intermediate English is a must.
