Job Description


  • Provide relevant and update market analysis from the competitors and key opinion leaders, and forecast for segment markets to develop a thorough understanding of the business and product environment;
  • Understand the needs of the current and future customers;
  • Support product development efforts to offer appropriate products to different market segments;
  • Be in charge of marketing activities, such as translating relevant technical material into Chinese and attending seminars or exhibitions;
  • Define work flows for applications in Training Centre to support the customer education;
  • Design the promotional, training course and other technical programs for the distributors and the customers, to drive commercial growth.
  • Align marketing resources to build up strong and consistent connection for inside Thermo Fisher Scientific by cooperation across the divisions to figure out the potential business in segment market or key accounts.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, chemistry, biochemistry or related
  • At least 10 years’ experience in marketing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
  • A good team player
