As the Marketing Manager, Autoimmunity, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and driving bold outbound and inbound, fully coordinated global multi-channel marketing campaigns, with the primary aim to raise awareness and drive demand of our autoimmunity portfolio, helping to meet global revenue and growth targets.​

Hybrid Role: main locations are Uppsala and Stockholm, Sweden, and Freiburg, Germany.

A day in the life:

  • Independently represent and provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge of autoimmunity diseases and the EliA autoimmunity product portfolio and translate that into messaging and marketing programs that elicit action from our target audiences

  • Help develop global marketing programs and multi-channel content that drives demand for new and existing products within the EliA autoimmunity portfolio

  • Develop laboratory customer personas and buying journeys based on a comprehensive understanding of the needs and preferences of lab customers

  • Ensure value props, messaging, and content is tailored to and resonates with our laboratory and HCP target audiences

  • Reflect changes in the product portfolios and supporting evidence and translate those into value propositions that match customer needs

  • Identify key performance indicators to measure success and report out campaign metrics on a routine basis

  • Create and deliver effective sales training for autoimmunity in collaboration with product lifecycle management (PLCM) and Regional Marketing teams

  • Collaborate with PLCM, Medical & Scientific (MSA), Regional Marketing, other internal customers and external marketing agencies to develop bold marketing content

  • Ensure consistency with brand and company standards.

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in biology, immunology, or a related field

Experience

  • 3+ years of marketing, product management, or similar experience in diagnostics, preferably including specific knowledge autoimmunity and/or the EliA product portfolio

  • Demonstrated ability and experience preferred in a marketing role with validated core competences: marketing program development and execution, channels, segmentation, value propositions and messaging

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Possess a strong understanding of autoimmunity diagnostics disease areas and technologies

  • Experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns to drive adoption, generate demand and ongoing usage, and build dedicated customers

  • Experience in marketing to clinical laboratories and HCPs

  • Great teammate, strong collaborative skills, motivated to operate in a diverse, multicultural environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and able to distill complex information into concise and easy to understand concepts and communication

  • Able to translate strategies into executable plans

  • Strong project management skills and ability to drive multiple projects forward simultaneously

  • Able to navigate ambiguity and handle changing priorities

  • Able to work cross-functionally and collaborate across global teams

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present publicly to varying audience sizes in an English-speaking environment

  • Able to think strategically, operate independently, take initiative, be resourceful, and exercise astute business judgment to drive execution of marketing programs
