Marketing role within SEATW, passionate about Laboratory Product:

  • Set and enable a strategic, multi-channel coordinated marketing for our key verticals in Southeast Asia & Taiwan, including customer segmentation, competitor analysis, business trends, market opportunities, sales funnels, and staging and pacing of tactical program - that align with and deliver core business goals

  • Ownership of growth focused mar campaigns, with a key focus to ensure desired industry impact & positioning and increase new customers for designated 'Verticals'

  • Turn industry research and insights into powerful storytelling and marketing content that spans narratives, campaigns, case studies and sales toolkits

  • Partner with Product Management Team in strategic product positioning in key Verticals to drive sustainable growth

  • Create and implement marketing contents (for both digital and non-digital) including collaterals and creatives for key Verticals, appropriately positioning products within the workflows, while conveying strong value propositions and clear product differentiation

  • Partner with cross-functional teams as an individual contributor to formulate tactical marketing plans that drive growth in key channels (distributors) and evaluate the effectiveness of channel programs

  • Translate the global marketing strategies and plans into local context, in collaboration with Global Market Development Managers & APJ Marketing Team

  • Develop sales activation trainings and customer education materials in collaboration with product management, regional marketing, and commercial teams

  • Responsible for marketing budget planning and optimize the promotional mix on campaigns to achieve a high return on investment

  • Act as a brand ambassador, understanding, upholding, and communicating our multi-brand strategy in all aspects of our marketing programs.

  • Maintain relevant knowledge of competitive activities and develop effective countermeasures

  • Collaborate with Digital & Marketing Operation to ensure timely execution and reporting of initiatives for the overall Vertical Marketing programs

  • Use existing capabilities and resources to ensure that Ecommerce goals and requirements are being assembled, prioritized and delivered

  • Conduct Voice-of-Customer and Voice-of-Sales to assess the impact of product positioning, brand equity, customer satisfaction and marketing effectiveness


  • Formal education in sales, marketing or business management. Relevant industry experience will be highly advantageous

  • Understand Workflows within the Life Science field to be able to drive targeted marketing for Laboratory Plastics Essential (LPE)

  • High level of familiarity and competence in computer use; specifically, the Microsoft Office suite of applications - Excel, Word, Power point and Outlook

  • Proficiency with CRM, marketing tools and related systems

  • Successful track record of achieving results through collaboration with others

  • Proficient in understanding, analyzing and summarizing comprehensive and complex technical, market and research information/data

  • Excellent analytical, communications—both oral and written, and project management skills
