About the Role:
We're seeking a ground-breaking Product Management Lead to orchestrate our product strategy at Thermo Fisher LPD. In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate all facets of product management, propelling growth, encouraging innovation, and ensuring unparalleled customer happiness. Your mission will be to transform market insights into actionable plans while adeptly guiding cross-functional teams to deliver stellar products on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead our dynamic Team in crafting and implementing a roadmap that aligns with our company's vision and market demands.
Propel product innovation by identifying untapped market opportunities, conducting meticulous research, and harnessing customer feedback.
Cultivate a profound understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to drive strategic decision-making.
Collaborate seamlessly with engineering, design, marketing, and sales units to prioritize features, and orchestrate releases, and impactful product launches.
Define clear objectives and key results for our supervising progress and getting results.
Cultivate and champion relationships with key team members, including clients, partners, and executives, to ensure alignment and cultivate collaboration.
Analyze product performance metrics diligently to pinpoint areas for improvement and optimization.
Advocate for a customer-centric ethos in product development, ensuring our offerings consistently exceed user expectations.
Mentor and empower members of the product management team, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or an equivalent; an MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
Demonstrated expertise in product management, with a track record of launching successful products into the market.
Proven leadership skills, with an interest in guiding cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all interpersonal levels.
Strategic approach underpinned by data-driven decision-making capabilities.
A fervent passion for technology and innovation, coupled with a keen understanding of industry trends and new technologies.
Experience within the Biotech segment and relevant knowledge of handling product management of equipment would be advantageous.
