What you will do:

  • Work with China Supply Chain team to deliver monthly/quarter financial target, such as transportation cost control and inventory management.

  • Completing closing activities and help ensuring accurate reporting in the monthly closing process. Analyze transactional / operational data, recommend accruals to ensure accurate reporting.

  • Collaborate with business partners to understand and generate key assumptions affecting the financials. Review monthly spending details and identify the key factors driving variances to AOP and Forecast.

  • Develop, standardize, and improve regular analyses and reports to share business and financial insights, and support monthly /quarterly /annual forecasting and budgeting process (i.e. support MBR, QBR, AOP, etc.)

  • Build ad-hoc financial analysis and perform special projects as needed.

How you will get here:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business-related field, CPA, ACCA preferred.

Experience

  • 5+ years finance related working experience, FP&A experience is a must

  • Prior experience in a large global company and highly matrixed organization

  • Excellent skills with MS Excel are required; Oracle/SAP, HFM/CMR, Power BI/SQL are preferred
