Job Description

Position Summary: The EPM Business Unit is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role supports portions of global P&L for the business, associated FP&A activities, and works closely with business partners to drive growth and profitability. This position offers the right candidate an opportunity for career development while supporting a growing and dynamic business!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead weekly global revenue forecast meetings to drive cross functional alignment, mitigate risk and highlight opportunities
  • Highlight trends and provide insight through in-depth revenue and backlog analysis
  • Act as a trusted business partner to members of the BU leadership team and build an environment to both support and challenge partners with sound financial mentorship and strategic insights
  • Operate as subject matter expert for key systems to help increase skill set of team members across organization
  • Develop analytical models and tools to drive growth initiatives and improve business decisions
  • Assist in preparation of AOP (Budget) and business reviews focused on Revenue by product and region, as well as, SG&A spend
  • Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets
  • Perform other related duties as required and/or assigned

  • Ability to synthesize and produce analysis to bring financial transparency to business leadership and enable data-based decisions
  • Excellent written communication skills, along with clear & concise verbal skills, are essential
  • Outstanding prioritization skills (ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time)
  • Ability to identify and champion productivity improvements and create an atmosphere of continuous improvement through PPI (Lean Process Improvement).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or other relevant analytical background
  • 3+ years of progressive relevant work experience within a global organization.
  • Candidate will demonstrate experience in some of the following areas: operations accounting, financial reporting, internal control, financial planning and analysis, financial modeling technical accounting knowledge
  • History of business partnering as well as the ability to develop and implement robust financial processes to drive effective decisions.
  • Proven track record of building organizational relationships with peers and operating partners across functions & geographies.
  • Excellent skills with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint are required; experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and PowerBI is preferred.
