Position Summary

As a Financial Analyst in our APJ Materials and Structural Analysis Division (MSD), you will have the opportunity to support our regional operations and collaborate with our global and country FP&A teams. Your strong financial system knowledge and ability to communicate effectively will be critical to your success in this role.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and publish monthly bookings and revenue forecasts
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely submission of forecast, ensuring alignment with APJ countries
  • Coordinate forecast calls with Commercial leaders, preparing summaries and reports for discussion
  • Support annual budget planning in preparation of templates and tie-outs.
  • Apply and use financial reporting systems to extract data for analysis
  • Proactively find opportunities to drive improvements in execution.
  • Assist in projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in accountancy, finance, or equivalent experience accepted
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in financial systems and reporting in an MNC environment
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills
  • Applied knowledge of Hyperion Planning, CMR, PowerBI etc will be preferred
