Job Description

Are you a strong, competent HR professional now ready to join a global company? Do you want to continue to grow and potentially progress to an HR Manager role in a few years' time? With your broad, extensive experience you will play an important and valuable role within our organisation.

The Role

In this function, you will independently handle a broad range of HR tasks within, and in addition to, the annual HR cycle's processes. As part of a global matrix organisation, balancing local, national and international responsibilities, we are able to rotate tasks between us, in our dedicated local team, and sparring is always on hand from same.

While contract writing and payroll processing are handled by our dedicated Colleague Services teams, some previous touch points in these areas would be an advantage, to be able to support on employment law queries within both the salaried and hourly wage areas.

Responsibilities

  • Provide management sparring and support to the organization, collaborating closely with managers and employees across the company
  • Lead integration projects for international acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and employee integration
  • Offer advice and guidance on various HR matters in compliance with Danish law and internal policies
  • Lead on HR partnering for our Danish remote workforce
  • Take a leading role on our HR data and systems, including data analysis and reporting
  • Drive national and global projects in collaboration with both the wider business and your immediate colleagues.

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone proactive, accommodating and curious when their expertise is needed. Someone who demonstrates integrity and acts as an ambassador for an inclusive, innovative, and positive culture. Equally, a person who can communicate and develop collaborations across all levels and divisions, to explore and understand their business challenges and development needs.

  • Master's degree in HR, Law, Management, or similar, or equivalent practical HR experience
  • Professional level of Danish and English languages
  • Shown experience in HR, with expertise in the Salaried Employees Act and various collective bargaining agreements.
  • Strong project management skills with a sound track record, e.g. with employee integration, following global acquisitions
  • Attention to detail and readiness to approach routine tasks with equal dedication
  • Proficiency in analytical thinking and strong skills and experience in this field, including in incorporating and leveraging data and human capital metrics
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and adaptability to different IT systems
  • Proficiency in PowerBI or other data and reporting software

Employee Benefits

  • Great development and progression opportunity, within a very supportive team
  • A chance to build a global professional network!
  • The ability to help shape this newly created position for yourself
  • Working on a site where HR is part of the SLT and highly regarded
  • Free Health Centre onsite!

Diversity in our teams is an important element to build an effective and challenging working environment. Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement are key values that we expect of all that are part of our community.
