Job Description

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly motivated professional to join our APJ Digital Marketing Operations team in Bengaluru as a Digital Campaigns Lead, APJ. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in crafting and implementing outstanding marketing campaigns that drive business growth and showcase our products and solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Leadership and influencing (40%)

  • Influence and collaborate with different teams, including the Performance Marketing function, to achieve shared goals.
  • Be a close partner of division(s) in terms of marketing campaign planning and provide advice on how to best demonstrate all digital marketing channels for successful campaigns.
  • Provide thought leadership, strategy, and insights on Marketing Automation and Web Operations.
  • Mentor and ensure the quality of work produced by team members is exceptional.

Campaign management and email automation (60%)

  • Work closely with marketing, divisional, and digital marketing operational teams to guide the lead lifecycle process and align campaign strategies, lead management, routing, and scoring initiatives to ensure success in APJ.
  • Recommend standard processes for content, audience segmentation, behavioral triggers, lead scoring, reporting, systems, and marketing tools to launch successful campaigns.
  • Design and lead outbound campaigns such as trigger emails, drip campaigns, and ABM campaigns across APJ.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign objectives are met.
  • Coordinate online production events such as tradeshows and webinars, including email invitations, reminders, landing pages, and forms.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, provide regular reports, and analyze key insights for optimization.
  • Continuously optimize and improve existing processes using data-driven approaches.
  • Stay ahead of technological tools and advancements to drive improvement in digital campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and project management skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing and automation program management such as Eloqua, preferably with Account-based Marketing experience.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed function and drive alignment between multiple cross-functional team members.
  • Strong data evaluation skills and the ability to extract and interpret data for innovative marketing solutions.
  • Display a strong curiosity for the latest marketing technologies, tactics, and successful approaches.
