Lead a team of service engineers and technicians to provide timely and effective service solutions to customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer needs and efficiently implement service strategies.
In this role, you will be required to travel to customer sites and work in various environments, including laboratories and manufacturing facilities.
Responsible for EPM instruments service delivery team management.
You will need to have a proven track record in customer service leadership, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambitious environment.
Managing EPM-PM field service engineer team, do business development work with area service slaes.
Responsible for developing and implementing standardized service processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, use PPI tools continuously improving repair workflows to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Maintaining positive relationships with customers and addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and accurate communication regarding repair status and updates.
Responsible for promoting and implementing EHS management, identifying potential hazards, and implementing appropriate safety measures.
Develop a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement.
