Job Description

Summarized Purpose:
Forecasts, tracks and identifies resource allocation needs, assignments, and availability for assigned projects. Coordinates and analyzes information for the efficient utilization and forecasting of labor needs of clinical resources in each assigned geographical area. Recommends appropriate composition of project teams to enable presentation of appropriate clinical teams to clients. Influences the performance and profitability of project teams from a quality, operational and financial aspect across all therapeutic areas.

Essential Functions:

- Tracks and identifies resource needs and assignments. Coordinates the intake, follow-up and resolution of assigned resource requests. Maintains project module in the system. Demonstrates effective use of resourcing dashboards.
- Identifies staff for assignments based on client requirements, employee background, therapeutic requirements, geographical area, availability.
- Coordinates weekly resourcing needs and facilitates meetings, engaging participants at the AD, Dir, Sr Dir, and ED level. Distributes resourcing reports. Updates roll-off dates and assignments for all clinical resources of projects managed by respective area.
- Liaises with internal departments to prioritize resourcing needs assignments for future work, RFPs, and bid defense meetings. •Utilizes resourcing dashboards, and other available tools to reconcile and QC departmental reports, including monthly resourcing projections and utilization reports for senior management.
- Identifies and submits proposals of available resources based on availability and experience.
- May participate in special projects.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Minimum 1 year experience creating and utilizing spreadsheets or reports to analyze data and trends or minimum 2 years experience coordinating project data/processes/information Experience gathering, interpreting and communicating data from a variety of resources

In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Knowledge of MS Office including Outlook and Excel
- Effective problem solving and facilitation skills
- Good quantitative and analytical ability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and multitask to meet business deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication skills

• Work is performed in an office/ laboratory and/or a clinical environment.
• Exposure to biological fluids with potential exposure to infectious organisms.

• Ability to work in an upright and /or stationary position for 6-8 hours per day.
• Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.

• Occasional crouching, stooping, with frequent bending and twisting of upper body and neck.
• Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs.
