This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus payable after 90 days of employment!

Our Millersburg site is growing, and we’re currently hiring Manufacturing Operators for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts (outlined below). Site Overview:

Our Millersburg, PA site is a 24/7 Manufacturing facility that offers flexible containment solutions for bioprocessing including 2D and 3D bioprocess containers (BPCs) and fluid transfer assemblies (FTAs). We are leading innovation to improve Biological Manufacturing Processes by offering high quality, reliable, best-in-class products and an outstanding customer experience.

Pay Rate:

• Operator I: $16.50/hour
• Operator II: $18.20/hour
• 2nd & 3rd Shift Differential 10%

Shift Schedules:

1st Shift: Mon-Fri 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

3rd Shift: Sun-Fri 10:00PM - 6:30AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless production processes and high-quality output.
  • Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Determine and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements and improve production capabilities.
  • Accurately detail production data and maintain records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; technical certification is a plus
  • Operator I (experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.)
  • Operator II (1 year of manufacturing experience required)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime if required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical certification or associate degree in a related field.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
