As a Supervisor, Pricing, you will have the chance to make a substantial impact on our organization by collaborating with important individuals to shape pricing decisions and devise strategies that propel our business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, automate, and scale data analytics and data visualization to measure business performance and pricing effectiveness.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify areas of opportunity for price growth and expansion, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to handle pricing requests and ensure proper approvals are acquired.
- Build and maintain the Annual Operation Plan (Price), incorporating market, economic, and competitor dynamics.
- Establish and improve tools to support pricing decisions, win/loss analysis, and predictive modeling.
- Perform ad hoc data analysis to uncover insights into customer, product, and market dynamics.
Requirements:
- BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Seeking candidates with a minimum of 8 years of direct pricing experience, highlighting a proactive approach and a successful history of devising creative pricing solutions.
- Detailed and meticulous, with excellent analytical skills and a focus on practical business solutions.
- Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Cognos, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and present ideas creatively and innovatively.
