A Day in the Life
- Coordinate and lead all aspects of facilities engineering projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to identify and implement improvements in facility design and operation.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelors degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline is highly preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in successfully managing facilities engineering projects.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Excellent technical knowledge of facilities engineering principles and practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical individuals.
- TPM and PM implementation.
- Understanding of PSM or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency).
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to chemicals and loud noises.
