Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans from inception to completion
- Strong background in managing cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, regulatory, packaging engineering, and supply chain.
- Monitor project progress and strictly adhere to timelines and budgets
- Ability to effectively communicate with executive leadership, external partners, and internal technical teams.
- Identify risks and determine mitigation strategies
- Share project updates with collaborators clearly and accurately
Requirements
- 5 or more years proven experience in project management, preferably in a scientific or technical environment
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Strong ability to compete and thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $75,000.00–$112,500.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
