Job Description
Responsibilities
- Increase market share, coverage, brand availability, awareness, and customer preference.
- Conceptualize and successfully implement trade initiatives to drive sales in various market segments through multiple channels.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor activity information to develop sales strategies.
- Achieve privileged relationships with key accounts and new customers from competitors.
- Determine and prioritize product development and improvement opportunities to compete in the market.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and delivery of product goals.
- Drive the development of marketing plans and campaigns that emphasize the outstanding features of our products.
- Work strictly within budget to improve resources and increase return on investment.
- Ensure all product strategies align with our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
- Proven experience in Product Management.
- Experience in bio-pharma, or life sciences.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and a driven approach.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster inclusion and collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
