As a Sr Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our Finance/Insurance division, contributing to the success of our ambitious projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead weekly CAD/LPG Service topline reviews, coordinating with business and supporting functions to assess and report bookings and revenue estimations. Partner with the business team to drive better results.
- Prepare and provide monthly topline forecasts, risk and opportunities assessments, and mitigation plans. Facilitate discussions with the business team and division BU team.
- Engage in annual STRAP discussions and lead the annual operating plan process to present BU proposals. Collaborate with the division and China country FP&A for alignment, and work with the business team to set individual targets.
- Perform quarterly closing analysis and entries, including revenue defer and cost accrual.
- Present financial updates in quarterly business reviews, demonstrating financial insights to drive business excellence and prepare any ad hoc analysis.
- Conduct monthly DM review, assess risk and opportunities, coordinate with FSE and PPI team to drive DM saving which aligns with target.
- China Service CCCM consolidation and analysis.
- Adhoc commercial finance support
Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably within a global organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to strictly determine and successfully implement financial strategies.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve flawless results.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
